LEVUKA RAINFOREST RECREATION PARK– Camping Retreat
Levuka Rainforest Recreation Park is a family friendly park and offers extensive camping grounds with privacy, hot showers, flushing toilets, disability amenities, all-weather access set amongst old growth rainforest, has two waterfalls and two creeks. Levuka is on the edge of World Heritage and National Park areas and an old Hoop Pine plantation is also located in a flora reserve just behind the property. Groups or individuals have access to these areas.A network of four wheel drive tracks with Medium to challenging driving conditions through rainforest, open hardwood forest and open farming country. Gullies, creek crossings, playground and a test track are designed to develop skills.
Activities include bird watching, photography, BYO canoeing, fishing, bush walking, mountain bike riding and watch for planned events.
